ENROLMENT INFORMATIONGST: All class fees are inclusive of GST. TERMS COMMENCE:
Term 3 starts Monday 13 or 20 July 2009, dependant on course length.
Term 4 starts Monday 5 or 12 October 2009, dependant on course length.
Please check start dates with the centre when booking. ENROLMENTS may be made in person or by phone. If booking by phone please have your credit card ready. (Visa, Mastercard only). Any enrolments which are not paid for within 3 working days of booking will automatically lapse. COURSES MAY BE CANCELLED if there are insufficient bookings to make the class viable, in which case the course fee will be refunded. REFUNDS OR TRANSFERS CANNOT BE MADE AFTER A COURSE HAS COMMENCED. Withdrawals from a course within 7 days prior to the commencement of the course will be subject to a $15.00 cancellation fee. ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP of the Centre is required by all Centre users. Membership is $5.50 (adult) and $3.00 (children) GST inclusive and is valid to 31 December 2009.
