Tech Day for Seniors – Friday August 9, 2019

Tech Day for Seniors at the Ashburton Community Centre was funded by Be Connected & presented in conjunction with Lively. All activities were designed for seniors and run by Digital Trainers from Lively. Our sessions included ‘Technology & Transport’, ‘Staying safe Online’, ‘Photos: Creating and Sharing Memories’ and ‘Connecting with Family and Friends’. Also on offer on the day were one-one tech help desk sessions. Complimentary morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea was also provided and our local Member for Higgins, Katie Allen, also came by for lunch with our members and committee.
