We are committed to making our Centre and services accessible and inclusive to as many people as possible. Our current accessibility features include the following –
Centre Building & Facilities:
- Outdoor signage to make it easy to locate our Centre
- Disability parking spots available nearby on Monroe Ave and in both of the car parks off Highgate Grove opposite our Centre.
- Wheelchair accessible main and rear entrance
- Wheelchair accessible toilets
- Powered door at our main entrance
- Flat flooring/surfaces and wide corridors to make it easy to move around
- Hearing loop available in the Copland Room
- Assistance animals are welcome
Centre Activities & Events:
- Free ‘all abilities’ art and craft activities available at our quarterly Ashburton-a-Fair and annual Ashburton Bookfest events
- Online exercise and yoga classes streamed online via Zoom, see our current online offering >

Finance & Administration:
- Experience in NDIS invoicing for class/activity fees
- Payment plans available for term-based classes
- Free and low cost social groups and activities
