Sponsorship & Partnership Options

The Ashburton Community Centre (ACC) offers a range of sponsorship opportunities for businesses and organisations tailored to suit your goals and budget. Whether you’re a small business, a not-for-profit, or a larger organisation, you can support ACC while connecting with our 750+ members and promoting your services.

Option 1 – Workshop / Session Sponsor

Ideal for business and organisations wanting to promote their own workshop or presentation to our members. (max 25 people attending)

Investment: $275 (+ delivery of a free 1–2 hr session)
Benefits:

  • Co-naming rights to the session
  • Dedicated email sent by the ACC to our email mailing list (over 2200 contacts) featuring your logo and an overview of the session being offered
  • Room hire, admin and promotional support including taking enrolments
  • Refreshments provided at the session (tea, coffee and biscuits)
  • No guarantee of minimum numbers attending the session
  • Recognition in our Annual Report as a sponsor
  • A thank you email sent by ACC to attendees with your contact details


Option 2 – ACC Activity Sponsor

Ideal for business and organisations wanting to promote themselves to members and visitors to the Centre, and to be recognised for supporting the Centre without running their own session or workshop.

Investment: $275 to support an existing ACC activity (e.g. Devonshire Tea, Creative Hub Art & Craft, Musical Medley event)

Benefits:

  • Co-naming rights for the activity
  • Your logo on promotional material that feature the activity
  • Option for you to provide staff or representative at the activity
  • Opportunity to display banners or flyers when the activity is taking place
  • Recognition in our Annual Report as a sponsor


Option 3 – Major Event Partner

Investment: $5,000+
Benefits:

  • Co-naming rights and logo on all event promotional materials
  • ACC will send a dedicated email to our mailing list (over 2200 contacts) promoting your involvement as Event Partner
  • Your logo on our program/event materials
  • Room hire, admin support and refreshments provided (if required)
  • Recognition in our Annual Report


Option 4 – Centre Partner

Investment: $15,000+ (multi-year operational support)
Benefits:

  • Your logo and profile on ACC website under Partners
  • Logo on major marketing materials
  • Featured social media post promoting your involvement as a Centre Partner
  • Speaking opportunities at events
  • Free room hire (negotiated)
  • Recognition in our Annual Report


Option 5 – Community Group-Led Sessions
Open to not-for-profit organisations and groups.

Investment: No cost to the group
Benefits:

  • ACC promotes your session
  • Room hire and admin support included
  • Ticketed ($5–$10) for attendees
